Hello! My name is Nicole and I'm a growing artist from the sunshine state of Florida.

My career goals are firmly focused in the art field. I am planning a future mainly as a graphic artist, but leaving my options open to character design, animation, and game design. My imagination is ever growing and changing. The need to create something new and fresh is always strong. Sharing my ideas with the world, is my driving force. Being a graphic artist is my passion, but I am willing to branch out into other areas to further develop my skill set.

Most of the artistic skills I have gained are self taught, then improved upon during my years of college. Being able to work with multiple artistic programs, and keeping up with learning new technologies within them, has helped me in discovering what I could create. Adobe Photoshop and Manga Studio have been my weapons of choice for many years, and I hold a certification in Photoshop. Graphic tablets are tools I use in creating, while allowing me to share my visions in my own unique artistic style.

Along with college and my own life experience, I’ve learned valuable skills in the professional workforce as well. The project management and design skills that I have obtained from my internship on “PaigeeWorld”, an artist community website, will be beneficial to my future in the graphic design field. I learned how to communicate with artists of all ages, along with fellow co-workers, to come up with exciting events and issue recommendations in order to keep the site safe and enjoyable. I eventually became one of the head graphic artists on the team by creating contest art and helpful tutorials for aspiring artists. In addition to that, I have also worked in various office jobs, as an administrative assistant, where I learned valuable organization and social skills such as time management, collaboration, diversity, and team engagement. I believe all of these topics will benefit a graphic design career.

I am looking forward to setting new goals for myself, applying new ideas and technologies, and learning even more of what an artist can offer to the world.
